Friday, September 19, 2003, Anthony Kearns phoned Radio Station KONP 1450 in Port Angeles, WA, as a guest on "Art Beat," Karen Hanan's regular Friday afternoon radio show. He took time from his evening in Dublin to phone, and we deeply appreciated it.

Ms. Hanan asked that I, as concert organizer, be in the studio, as well.

Anthony was his usual charming self and gave a long, wonderful interview!

I hope you have a chance to listen in; you will find it very interesting. I believe it is one of the best interviews I've heard from him. Some of the content is a bit different than in most of his interviews. He was very relaxed and talked a lot about his respect for music education!
